1 /5 Grease Grease: I just want to start off by saying that Ive been to Rays several times and hadnt had this bad of an experience until this one time. I own a 2003 Honda, I took it in at some point to ask them about a misfire in my engine, they held on to it and changed the spark plugs... Didnt work... They said theyd have to hold on to it over night while they "run tests". no pictures, proof or updates, I had to repeatedly call them about the issue, my car was there for about two weeks where they kept telling me Trevor was working on it IN BETWEEN other cars and did not have the time to work on it or figure out the problem, after asking them if they could or would fix it they kept saying "eventually". Okay, what did they fix at the end of it all? Absolutely nothing and I paid them 272, for nothing. Bernie tried to pull one over on me and told me "it could be a computer issue"... On a 2003... Honda... Alright dude. Ill stick to having them change oil and tires. Took it to transmission doctor, Steering pump had a leak, Brakes were messed up, oh and what was causing the misfire? A burnt coil. Thanks Rays for wasting my time, money and energy over something that someone else figured out in a quarter of the time. Id ask for my money back but ,hey, you did change my spark plugs.
