Everything is sanitized. She saw me right away after I called for an appointment. I was impressed with the entire visit. And most important is that I got a beautiful pedicure. Everything is very clean she gives you the files she uses on you. One for every customer no shared tools everything is sanitized. I just love it. She is the best very catering if she doesn’t have something you like the next time you come it’s there she’s just great can’t say enough good things about her!!!!! Prices are great too got manicure and pedicure her massages are great!!!

PHOENIX NAILZ & SPA - Port St. Lucie Akayla Ayers: Phil does an AMAZING job !! Nails last 3+ weeks no matter the length. I moved from west palm & tried several different salons here that can never get it right. I just show him a picture & he takes over !! Everything is on point & precise even the application. He takes his time & pays attention to detail but will still have you in and out within 1 hr 30 !!!

Florida Nails - Port St. Lucie Ashley Griffyn: This was my first and last time here. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was nice, and would be the only thing I’d (possibly) come back for. First of all, I asked for a manicure with acrylic tips. A manicure provides care towards your cuticles and hands, and I received no such treatment. It was the main reason I came in, my cuticles really needed TLC or else I would’ve done a better job painting my nails myself. Besides that, I felt like I was nitpicking… until my boyfriend (who knows nothing about nails) noticed the imperfections I was trying to justify. From afar, they look nice but my nails are thick, sloppily painted, over-glued, and unevenly shaped. Thankfully, I have a nail kit at home. And second, the price. I’m shocked at how much my total was, their prices state lower than what they actually charge. I could’ve saved my $170 and did it all myself. The person who helped me kept telling me to be careful not to break it and that this is very long, which this is shorter than what I usually do. She also said she had been working here the longest and to trust her, but towards the end says that she’s only been working here for a year. Don’t get me wrong, she’s great for a pedicure but I won’t let her near my hands again. I’ll probably only return to get this acrylic powder off, no “manicure”.

Definitely wasnt a friendly environment walking in. All the employees just looked at me like why are you here. So I was like good morning. The one lady was like do you have an appointment? I said no, she was like oooouuuuu. I said dont yall take walk-ins? She said no. I said I just read on the website yall accept walk-ins, she said no and said there is nothing available until 330. I said nevermind and left. Not a great first impression! Maybe they should update website to no walk-ins.
