5 /5 Rosalind Gaitor: Very friendly and knowledgeable office personnel. Dental exams were very thorough. I love the new technology that is being used during my visit. I was very impressed with the dentist, Dr Song Mao. She explained the findings from the xrays taken and had a very calming personality. A true professional.

3 /5 Patricia Anderson: Both doctor and other medical staff great. I was upset with them not using nitrous gas when asked and next time they will do that. I get very anxious when have a root canal. It cost more, but I dont care. The checkout staff is my main issue. They dont apply your insurance correctly. An example is a night guard is $500 and my insurance pays for 80 percent of it and they charged me $500 and said if insurance pays it can remain on my account as a credit. I dont like that policy.

5 /5 Gary Whitehead: I have seen 3 others doctors about my teeth and all they could tell me was you are going to be in a lot of pain here in the near future due to having very little enamel left on your teeth from grinding all these years. Not one came forth with an affordable solution. Then i met Dr. Mao here at River Breeze and she verified the same thing the other doctors did with the exception of offering a very affordable solution of filling all of my teeth. This has lasted me for 2 -3 years. Now she has giving me a way to have all of my teeth caped and partials made both upper and lower for a very affordable price considering dental prices these days. I can now relax knowing i will be pain free and able to chew for the rest of my life.

Cathy McArthur: Excellent care and attention to detail. Im halfway through a complex decay and bite project. Dr. Patel is kind, gentle, highly skilled, and utilizes the latest tech to accomplish our agreed-upon goals. His staff is the best, too. I highly recommend Dr. Sanjiv Patel to anyone who is serious about getting dental work done right. Another benefit is that, in his practice, all stages can be done in one visit (from removing old metal fillings on a cracked teeth, to a root canal (if necessary), to crown prep with gingivectomy and pulp cap, to Cerec crown milling and color matching, adjustments and glue-in. My plan next calls for an implant or two. Dr. Patel already did a bone graft several months ago in preparation for the implant(s). All of the work so far has improved my bite 100%. Im very happy customer.

Jackie Meyer: What can I say? I came here last year to get a wisdom tooth extracted, and Dr. Burns was excellent despite my anxiety. This time, I decided to extract the remaining 3 teeth out under general anesthesia. I, like the last time, was quite nervous, but Dr. Burns was nothing short of incredibly kind and reassuring - no matter how shaky I was. Lol! There are some comments about his lack of bedside manner, but in my opinion, he simply possesses a loving, tough love, fatherly nature that he brings to his work. It is certainly a quirky personality, but in the most amazing way if you can understand where he is coming from. I have never seen him be disrespectful or unthoughtful to anyone or myself. Quite the opposite. Hes extremely efficient and quick at what he does - even the most complicated of procedures. Things that many surgeons take an hour to do, he has done cleanly and near painlessly WHILE holding a conversation. He successfully took all 3 of my teeth out and sedated me in not even 10 minutes, and made sure that at the end, my designated driver knew exactly how to care for me. Once again, thank you to Dr. Burns and his lovely staff and assistants for taking such amazing care of me.
