5 /5 Valerie Harnish: River of Life Church is where I initially encountered God, or rather, God sought me out. This church is highly commendable, but it adheres to traditional values, which include condoning individuals who identify as gay, bisexual, or transgender, as this is strictly frowned upon in the Pentecostal faith. I would recommend this op church, as the main pastor, Terry, who was an addict until he met his wife, Mildred, and their love led him to change, along with their two children, is an inspiration. The churchs loving family environment, excellent childrens program, and youth program with numerous activities make it an ideal place for anyone seeking to find and learn about God. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask me, as I would be delighted to see you there. Initially, I was quite skeptical, but when I first began attending, I did not fully comprehend the Bible. Even though I am pursuing a degree in ministry, as it is my calling in life, I would not have discovered my faith if I had not attended this church. Given it a chance and listened intently as Pastor Esteban or Pastor Terry preached, and with the new addition to the family, Tiffany, this church offers a unique opportunity to praise God without pretenses. If youre seeking a church that focuses on God rather than self-promotion, this is an excellent choice. Moreover, if youre struggling with addiction, the ministers personal experience and willingness to share his past make him an excellent source of encouragement. So, I encourage you to take a chance and visit River of Life Church; you will gain a deeper understanding of the world and its complexities, and recognize that God is not the cause of the worlds problems, but rather, we are fighting against dark forces that we cannot see.
