1 /5 Andre Bogdanowicz: My wife booked an appointment with Diane for a specific day and time (Dec 30 at 4:15 pm) 6 weeks in advance. The appointment was confirmed and reminder was sent by the hair salon on December 29. On December 30 in the afternoon around 3 pm we received a text from Diane rescheduling the appointment for 3 pm. My wife called and asked if 3:15 pm would be ok, and received confirmation that yes, 3:15 would be fine and also 5 pm would be fine. When she arrived at 3:15 pm, Diane told her that unfortunately she would not be available at all, neither at 3:15 pm nor at 5 pm. We are leaving on an extensive long trip on Dec 31 and the haircut on Dec 30 was important.
This salon does not respect original schedule and does not care about the customers. Stay away.
