Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church - Defuniak Springs RJ Hewitt: We are new to the area. After visiting several churches, we decided to try Pleasant Ridge. We are so thankful God led us here. A loving church, desiring to see lives changed by the Gospel of Jesus! Pastor Joshua preaches and teaches boldly through the Word of God. Challenging, humbling and so refreshing! Scripture rightly divided. Many young families, and children.
Sunday School, Childrens Church, Wednesday night supper and Bible Study, as well as Childrens ministries, Womens and Mens ministries and much more.

Everlasting Word Church - Defuniak Springs Chilcutt C. Kevin (Charles): Went here to visit and get just felt like home. I knew brother Hughes would be a good preacher but it was better than good. Nice praise service too. You could fill the spirit of God present. Drums are a little loud for a cause of the acoustics in the building, but it really didnt matter because the praise was so good. My son went to a childrens church for teens. We were just going to visit for one Sunday, but were actually going to go back.
