1 /5 Bryana Christian: We’ve completed over 20 escape rooms, and unfortunately, this was one of the most poorly managed experiences we’ve encountered. Several tasks were completed correctly but went unnoticed by the staff, requiring us to repeat them multiple times—this occurred on three separate occasions.
Additionally, several props and mechanisms were malfunctioning. While we understand that technical issues can happen, the real concern was the lack of attentiveness from the staff. We had to leave the room to get assistance, as our attempts to communicate via the intercom and camera system were either ignored or unnoticed.
The overall experience was significantly impacted by the absence of engagement and support from the employees, which ultimately detracted from what could have been an enjoyable and immersive escape room.
