She asked all the right questions and really listened to me. I got a perfect cut. And bonus: When I get a haircut I like to just enjoy the process, not have to chat constantly. After a couple of attempt to engage me, she took the hint and let me enjoy in silence.

Janna sat me down initially before going into the back and explained the processes for my Lip filler, Eyelash Extensions and Brow Lamination and the science behind it. She is an extremely intelligent business woman who knows what shes doing! Once the explanation was completed, I signed an agreement then everything started. It was my first time and I was nervous, but I barely felt a thing. I am also horrible with needles but Janna was able to work with me on everything and was extremely patient. Laser Treatments: I have PCOS and after just one treatment with her laser, I am able to have it under so much more control then I did originally. She explained the process and how the laser treats the hair. She mapped everything out and did not miss a single spot! I will definitely go back whenever I can for my brow and lashes and finish up my laser treatments with her! Highly recommended that everyone goes to her.
