1 /5 Aidan Miller: I have a gift certificate that was given to me for Christmas in 2017 for $300.00. I have a balance on it for $100.00. I have alot of personal things go wrong for me in 2018 and had to cancel a couple appointments, with Carol, the owner. She too had to change my appointments due to personal issues. I messaged her this week to schedule an appointment (FINALLY) and she told me that she was only cutting hair for friends and family now but I could schedule with another stylist. Then she informed me that they would NOT be able to honor my remaining $100 gift certificate. Mind you, there is NO expiration date written in or printed on the certificate. In my opinion this is very unprofessional. Beware before you purchase gift certificates from here.

Linda has been my hair professional for over 8 years now, but it was only within the last year while I was very ill and unable to see her, that I realized how much I missed her truly creative and meticulous work. Gaslighted me telling me it’s not orange , “brown hair looks that way”. SCAMMERS
