I also asked her to trim my sideburn and the little bit of hair that hangs down in the back of your neck. Well I walked out with chopped and almost black colored hair. The next day I went back to speak to Mandy about the problems I was having with her work and from the very start She Was Yelling At Me. Her boss had to tell her to go in her office because she couldnt even hear my complaints because she was yelling at me instead of listening to me. My advice is to avoid this salon because they dont take accountability for their work.
