    • Venus Nails & Spa - Kissimmee Tiffany Oakes: I’ve had my nails done at the salon about five times now. I really liked my nails once. My complaint is not about the nail technician, because all of this falls back on the owner. I expect that if I walk into a business speaking a certain language, and they are going to give me a service that they will pair me up with someone else who also speaks my language so that I am able to communicate. The sweet nail tech did not speak any English at all. I walked away, extremely unhappy with my nails. I asked for rounded corners and nails that were not too wide. As you can see, these nails are very wide and unshaped, and the corners are very sharp, which will hurt my newborn baby. I have no doubts that if we were able to speak the same language, she would have been able to give me what I wanted. Also, it’s important to mention that I paid $70 for this service. I am very unhappy and now I have $70 less in my bank account. It is not acceptable to charge that much for a full set refill on short nails. I’m not the kind of person to complain about price ever, but this is ridiculous. I will not be returning. The only reason I did not give one star is because the girl who did my nails was kind and it was not her fault she could not give me what I asked for. If the owner is going to hire non-English speakers, he needs to make sure his customers are able to communicate with employees.

Not only did they do a great job on my nails, but they also gave me a glass of wine, which was a plus for me on my day off. It was very relaxing, and they took their time on my feet. My eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted them; they listened, and that is major. If you’re looking for a place that offers great service and reasonable prices, this is definitely the place!

Her work was neat and clean. She picked the perfect baby pink for my skin tone. I was out of there within an hour with an acrylic set and gel pedicure. The price was a little steeper than anticipated, but I guess that’s the market now. However, anytime I’m in the Kissimmee area again, Jessica’s will be the nail place to go.

By after a year of not getting my nails done I went back to them. Within 1 week, my full set starting g lifting. I went back and he fixed it for A "discounted" $35. It lasted the normal 3 weeks for me. Then I went back for a fill and again less than a week, they started lifting again. Of all the years of getting my nails done off and on, this has never happened to me.

    ML Pro Nails & Spa - Kissimmee Flor Marie: Do not come near this place if you love your natural nails. I asked for a gel manicure. and my natural nails were pretty long and well kept for YEARS. Pretty simple, right? Not, the lady just rushed me into everything and didn’t even put the shape I wanted and guess what? Instead of gel she used REGULAR polish that chipped the next day & also since my nails were weak I lost the length that took me years to get to. And on top of that $50? I could’ve done this at home for FREE. Bad, bad, bad. Attached pictures to the post. You tell me if this is worth $60? You tell me if this is normal for a “gel manicure” that’s only 3 days old, come on! Taking my business elsewhere and you should too.
