1 /5 Savanna Jerrels: Pretty disappointed. The lady who cut my hair was distracted throughout my entire cut. From dealing with customers at the front desk, trying to call an employee that was a "no-call no-show", calling her sister to bring her food, and then proceeding to take lunch orders from the rest of the salon, all while trying to cut my hair. She did offer a lot of apologizes for the distractions, but ultimately she ended up putting me at the bottom of her priorities and it showed. She asked me multiple times the cut I wanted and I repeated it over and over again. Straight across the back with long layers to blend the bottom, with face framing layers in the front and chin length curtain bangs. I came out with short choppy layers throughout and face framing layers. Super disappointed. I whole heartedly did not want choppy layers throughout. She gave me a high maintenance hairstyle, and I live a low maintenance life. I dont have the time to style my hair daily nor did I want to, plus im a big fan of my braid, which is no longer do-able since there is a massive difference between my shortest layer and my longest. Once I realized she was giving me choppy layers throughout it was too late. I cried on the way home. It still makes me sad every time I look in the mirror and I see the final product. I personally wont be returning.
