1 /5 Bailey Burke: i sat in that office for way too long. no other people were there and all i was there for was to have them fill out a paper. seemed like the ac wasn’t working. very muggy. everytime my child goes in he makes her very uncomfortable. if your thinking about sending your child here especially if she’s a girl. don’t. definitely the last time we will be there.

We also love the fact that he is an active community leader that extends his care and compassion beyond the office. 5 /5 Marcia Damone: We have been seeing Dr Vyas for 7 years. Its is easy to get an appointment. Sometimes even the same day. My son has ADHD and Dr Vyas has done an amazing job with his medication. The nurses are very nice and personable. I highly recommend this office!

Someone with visible necrosis not being taken seriously and referred to a specialist. To threatening patients from seeking second opinions or new care. I am sick and tired of hearing of the elderly patients that visit this man being taken advantage of for their insurance and their complains not being heard. Please note this will be presented to the proper authorities for investigation.

Tony Huntimer: I had a good experience at Port St John MedFast Urgent Care today. Maybe it was an abnormally slow day, or this is typical of the area (I come from an area with 3.1m residents). There were 5 people in line in front of me. I was out the door in about 90 minutes. The front office staff was respectful and courteous. The physician was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very thorough. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care in the future.

Emily N Green: We had our son a few days before Thanksgiving and needed a newborn appointment on Friday to be discharged. Since it was a holiday weekend a lot of pediatrician offices were closed, but the doctor at the hospital recommended contacting Brevard Health Alliance. When we called, the receptionist was so kind and understanding and basically hunted down an appointment for us which so happened to be in area. The doctor, Dr. Capers, opened up a slot for us early Friday morning so we could be discharged and have our son checked out in a timely manner. Not only did we think highly of this, but Dr. Capers and her staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel comfortable, informed, and encouraged, as this is our first child and have tons of questions. They took plenty of time with us and made sure we had next steps for our son’s care. Thank you so so much for all you do!

David Jones: I have had good experiences with them, they have an Amazing staff, great Doctors and nurses, but I have also heard of others falling through the cracks of this Monopoly. The bureaucracy is the problem, not, in my experience, the staff. The monopoly that Health First has on Brevard has caused them to get lazy, could be a week before test results are delivered, a severe disconnect between Doctors and patients, so much bureaucracy and scheduling problems that this whole hospital system fails to do what my previous family practitioner could do in 25% of the time, hours on hold, only running banking hours, could be a full week before you can see anyone, and theyre occasionally rude about it... Healthcare options arent this limited in other areas...Bring competition back to Brevard and end this Monopoly of Over scheduled and under serving Doctors.
