5 /5 Kathleen Stover: I really never do reviews but for this I had tohe did my nails today removed my old ones and new white tip set. He never holds my hands together when he cuts them and just eyeballs it. I was just putting each nail on both hands to see how close they were I dont really care was just bored, but no joke they couldnt be more perfect it he had a level to set on top lol. Ive been going here for many years and will continue.

1 /5 Diamond: Very POOR customer service. She was supposed to do my nails my niece nails and my eyelashes. After doing my niece nails she ran over to the customer waiting and started doing her nails. I said you forgot about my lashes… SHE stated NO because she’s been waiting…. I’m black the waiting customer was Caucasian Highly Don’t recommend and she rushed my nail job ….. very poor place poorest customer service every I see why no one really goes there

1 /5 Jermaine Beadle: I will never come back to this salon the man who did my nails rushed thro it my nails are not the same length and the nail art is two different sizes my daughter n niece got their toes done and it was all different lengths and messed up my youngest daughter got her nails painted and they messed that all up the photo on the left is the way my nails r supposed to be n the one on the right is how the man did them I told him multiple time to take his time n make sure they were correct n even he did not listen

3 /5 Cindy: I showed up to get my nails done and it was closed. I double checked the time and the posted hours of operation and it should have been open. I went to get tobacco at the store next door a week later, 6/15/2024 & the blinds were closed and so was Shiny Nails. There wasnt a sign posted saying they were closed just a locked door.
