5 /5 Joeshawn Crispin: Roxanna was very polite and professional. I love that she took her time, was very thorough, and asked my opinion about my nails, multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. I definitely have to come back to get my nails done by her again! The receptionist was sweet and accommodating as well! This is a great salon to receive services from!

1 /5 Nnnataliab Stewart: My husband, son and myself went. All 3 of us had pedicures. I also had broken several acrylic nails off so there was only 5 that needed soaked off. Then all redone with a very simple design (purple and black photo) they called us 3 times before our appointment time because someone else had walked in. We told them each time we were on our way. No one asked what type of pedicure any of us wanted other than what color of polish. They were ok but very fast and felt very incomplete. My nail tech seemed very new, she looked concerned when she was shown the picture of the design. When it came to the polishing she didn’t know how to do it. Removing the polish several times, asking a worker next to her and I even told her how to do it. Having to use a translator app on my phone. After almost 2 and 1/2 hours just for my nails I just wanted to be done and out. When it came time to pay I was completely shocked $362.00 when the front desk lady asked how it was t told her the nail tech must be new and did not know what to do and had to ask. I was told I was have mistaken she does this all the time. Then why did she have to take the polish off several times and she the picture to a coworker. My family does this same service at different places when we travel a lot NEVER has it taken over 3 hours and cost so much. Black and blue was what I ended up with.

5 /5 Lineth Martinez: Claudia did an amazing job on my nails! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and the results were beyond my expectations. My nails look flawless—clean, polished, and perfectly shaped. Claudia’s attention to detail is truly impressive, and her technique is top-notch. I will definitely be returning to her for all my future nail appointments. Highly recommend!
