And hung up on me while I was speaking to her. I was calling from a pharmacy to clarify a patients prescription and was hung up in the middle of talking. Customer service is everything and that staff member should not be answering the phone. She’s there to help people not hang up on them.

Cross City Dental - Cross City Michelle Guinn: Everyone I encountered was super nice. I had a crown come off and as a new patient they got me in the same day. Unfortunately they don’t take the dental insurance that I currently have so I can’t switch to them. However I will pick another dental insurance when open enrollment comes around and switch to this office.
