1 /5 Shannon J: I made a last-minute appointment to get my hair done. I had a money piece that was orange and I wanted to get it fixed. I came into the salon and explained that my money piece was orange and I either wanted to color my hair all over or keep the money piece if she thought she could fix the coloring of it. She assured me she could fix it. Two hours later, she said it wasn’t lifting and we just have to color my hair all over. I was OK with that as I said in the beginning if she didn’t think she could make it blonde that I would just color it all over. Again, she assured me in the beginning that she could fix it. I am not upset that she told me she could fix it and couldn’t. I am upset that I was still charged for the blonding that I didn’t even get. Definitely not good to charge a client for something they didn’t even get after assuring them she could do it. It would be different if she told me she could not do it and I requested it being done anyways
