I moved to Brazil a couple of years ago, but every time I come back to Tampa, my first stop is at Solo Hair Salon to get that prestige hair cut. Anny started as a hair stylist working for salons, to working independently, to now having her own salon in prime real estate in Tampa, in a very short time. Her enormous success is a testament of her skills, not just as a hair stylist, but of her outstanding customer service, she treats you with the upmost respect, and always makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She starts by serving you beer or wine, then does her magic on your hair, and finishes up with an amazing hair wash and head massage, and a hot towel on the face to freshen up. You leave there feeling like you went to a five start resort spa! And all of this for a very affordable hair cut price! It doesn’t get any better than this. Go try it out yourself, you will never be the same!

Haute Hair Studio Tampa - Tampa Gaby Castillo: I was referred to Haute Hair Studio by a very good friend, which is the only reason I initially reached out. From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and made the entire process seamless. During my in-person consultation, I met Amanda, the owner, and that’s when I knew I was in the right place. She is warm, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Sitting down with her made me feel completely comfortable in making this investment in my hair. Having wavy, textured hair, I appreciated her attention to detail and how she ensured everything would blend naturally. When discussing what I wanted, we initially planned to do a Brazilian blowout before the install. However, that step didn’t happen, and due to time constraints, I didn’t want to reverse the process after the fact. That’s really the only thing I wish had been handled differently, but we’re all human—mistakes happen. I’m confident that when I go in for my reinstall, I’ll get it done then, because I’m for sure coming back. For my install, I worked with Skylier, who did an amazing job. I went with 2 rows of 26-inch extensions, and they handled everything—color, cut, and style. The transformation was a big change for me, but the results are absolutely stunning. The experience was also elevated by thoughtful touches, like being provided lunch during the appointment. Today is officially one day after my install, and it is definitely an adjustment since I’ve never had anything like this before. However, Haute provides detailed information in their magazine, which has been super helpful. I also feel confident about reaching out if I have any questions, as the team made it clear they’re available for support. I don’t feel uncomfortable, there’s no pain or pulling, and I’m also not super tender-headed, which was something I wondered about beforehand. What truly impressed me was Amanda’s dedication and drive. Running a business, managing a team, and still delivering top-tier results is no easy task, yet she does it effortlessly. Her leadership sets the tone for the salon, and I hope that same energy continues to be reflected throughout the business. Kindness matters. This was the biggest investment I’ve made in my hair, and I am beyond happy with my decision. I absolutely love my hair and am really glad I went with Amanda’s suggestion. If you’re looking for a female-owned salon that values quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction, I highly recommend Haute Hair Studio.

Johanna does an incredible job coloring, cutting, and highlighting my curly/frizzy hair! Even my husband, who has been going somewhere else for 20 years is now having Oscar cut his hair and we both agree, he does a great job!!

She has completely transformed 10+ years of boxed-dyed hair that multiple NYC color correctors said would need numerous treatments and pricey appointments to get from black to light brown color. Jackie proved them wrong. She is thorough, attentive and provides realistic hair goals. She listens to all my questions and addresses all my hair concerns. My hair has never looked better and felt so healthy. I wish she did styled my hair when I eloped last year! I highly recommend Jackie for your hair needs. She is voted the best colorist in Tampa Bay for a reason.

Salon Adube - Tampa Liv R: Tricia started my dreads. She did an awesome job. It didnt cost me an arm and leg to get them done. She worked with me on my decision and shes really knowledgeable about the hair products to use for my hair type. The setting is nice. Im still getting used to the sign in process lol. Shes very friendly and she knows her clients. Would recommend to those who want to continue to stay natural and want someone to really help you take good care of your hair.

Very attentive to details and thoroughness when cleaning cuticles and preping nails. The space is so relaxing and calming. Feels like a min spa getaway. Comfy pedicure area and calming space. Shes always so welcoming with a smile and offering my favorite sparkling water.
