1 /5 brian Kaplan: I wouldnt know how this Dr is. They never called me back. I went to Bethesda hospital west on Boynton Beach blvd on the 8th of February and they referred me to this Dr. They said do not wait. I left 4 phone calls, without a call back. At least call me back. I just wanted to get that out there. The Hospital though was very thorough and very competent.

1 /5 Tiffany Robbins: It’s unfortunate that not only myself but 2 other people (one who traveled from Coral Springs) all had appointments to then be told at the front desk - we needed referrals, our insurance was not accepted or whatever other reason. I called my PCP who stated they should have reached out to her for pre-auth and to send a fax over, yet to find out they didn’t even check my insurance because it wasn’t correct. The older women working the front desk was so rude in how she stated “it’s the patient responsibility” yet when I called they stated to accept my insurance - and OBVIOUSLY I was not the only one so this seems to be an office management issue. Hopefully they figure this out as my father goes here and loves Dr Ruiz as he saved his life and I wanted him to help me with mine. I had hope to get better till today.

5 /5 Joan Hazzard: I have been seeing Dr. Ruiz for over a year. Hes thorough, hes serious and professional, and he has a decent sense of humor. I always feel that he is on top of things. He knows when its time to schedule the next exam and whether or not I need it. I like the monitoring and the follow up. As I said, hes quite thorough.
