5 /5 Lucas Santana: I’ve been to South Pointe Park several times, and it’s one of my favorite spots in Miami Beach. The views are incredible—ocean on one side, skyline on the other. You can watch massive cruise ships pass by from the pier. It feels peaceful even when it’s busy.
The walking paths are wide and clean. I’ve gone jogging here early in the morning—low crowds, soft breeze, and the sunrise is worth getting up for. There’s a great splash pad and playground, which kept my nephew entertained for hours.
I’ve eaten at Smith & Wollensky inside the park—pricey but the view and service made it worth it. There’s also a casual café near the kid’s area for snacks.
Parking is hit-or-miss. If you don’t get here early, you might circle for a while. Shade is limited too, so bring sunscreen or a hat.
Overall, it’s a clean, safe, and beautiful place to relax, walk, or bring the family. I recommend it if you want a break from the loud parts of South Beach.
