The service felt more like a political rally than worship to Christ. Endorsements for a certain candidate were loudly made.
Also, a female TX representative held the floor during worship service - one who openly supports abortion and homosexuality (just like said endorsed candidate). Emphasising the need to choose candidates who will consider the less fortunate (for which I agree), yet in the same breath requesting >$300 from each member.
As we all do, the body of Christ at South Side needs to get their priorities and house in order.
