St Matthew Catholic Church - Hallandale Beach (FL)

5 /5 mariggi lopez: My husband and I are from North Jersey but we own a vacation condo in Hallendale Beach. This year we were going to be down her for the Easter holiday and we were eager to find a catholic church nearby so we could attend mass. Luckily, St Matthew is only half a mile away from us so we decided to try it out. We were truly pleasantly surprised. Church was packed! But, there was a large room om the side of the church where chairs were placed so that people could still sit and enjoy mass. The people were so friendly and mass was truly wonderful. We brought our 3 year old and 10 year old and even they had a pleasant experience. We feel lucky to have found St Matthew and will be attendind more often when we are here om the weekends.

5 /5 tony gonzalez: Good morning, everybody. l got 40 years that l have not gone to church. On ash Wednesday l saw the church while driving and something in in me said go in. So l did felt safe and the service was really nice and the people were nice. Im heading back today for the service. God speed to this church.

1 /5 noname noname: Adoration time was removed ..I saw people praying at the church closed door...how could this happen? Obviously Pastor is not very interested on Adoration of the Lord...how does he evangelizes?..but to ask for money...yes...they are open for that...sad..very sad..I am going to another church that has 24 hours adoration...

5 /5 Saurabha Deshpande: Love this church and pastor Robert. The church is well maintained and follows strict guidelines for covid with social distancing and mandatory masks. Church on its own is beautiful. They have reduced the mass hours and last mass is at 11.30 am on Sunday. Entry is little hard to find and there is no Cross at front and church is planning to get that build in 2021.

1 /5 Bill Archival: For the past 20 years my Mom was a member of Saint Matthews Catholic Church. My Mom was a weekly financial donor. My Mom also dedicated her free time for food drives, and clothing drives for 20 years, completely loyal to Saint Matthews Catholic Church. I am sure the church keeps donation records by name. My Mom passed away several days ago, today I called Saint Matthews Catholic Church, and spoke to Angel. I asked Angel, if a Priest can say a few words this Saturday afternoon at my Mom’s wake. The answer was NO. WE CANNOT HELP YOU! Disgraceful… Thought You Should Know…
