5 /5 Cinthya R: The St. Pete Pier is hands-down one of the best waterfront experiences in Florida. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, explore, and take in stunning views. The pier itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and spacious. There’s a little bit of everything: art installations, green spaces, a splash pad for kids, restaurants, fishing spots, and even a marketplace with local vendors. It’s perfect for a casual stroll, a date night, or a family outing. The views are truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. You can see sailboats gliding across the water, and the downtown skyline creates a perfect backdrop for photos.
Food-wise, there’s a nice mix—from laid-back bites at the Driftwood Café to more upscale options at Teak. There’s even a tiki bar at the end of the pier if you’re in the mood for a cocktail with a view. Parking is easy (rare for tourist spots!), and the whole area feels safe and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you’re there
