1 /5 Nikki Amelse: Terrible experience. Awful customer service. This was my first time at this salon. It was also my last. I was scheduled for a wash, cut and blow dry, approx.$45. Easy peasey. The appt was made for me in person by my husband and we received a biz card with date, time and stylist name. When i showed up for the appt they looked at me like I was from Mars, and more or less insinuated i didnt have one and that I must be mistaken since I wasnt in their computer. I showed them the appointment card I received from their establishment. After much whispering back and forth between the stylists they decided they would not honor the appointment. They were not that busy: 3 stylists, 3 customers in the chairs snd one customer waiting. And me, the lady from Mars.
They embarrassed me in front of the other customers and didnt offer any solutions. Not an apology. Not a new appt on another day. Nothing.
It was raining, I am handicapped and use a walker. It took considerable effort to even get to this salon in the first place.
They flat out did not care. I guess the salon owner can afford to let money walk out the door.
