1 /5 Tammy Robbins: My first ever visit was pleasant and the haircut was not really what I wanted! I think the stylist was afraid to cut my hair short! She did what she wanted! I asked her to cut over my ears (multiple times) in which she did not! I left liking the cut but it is so not as short as I wanted it. I was not going fuss over it. I rescheduled for 6 weeks. I needed to reschedule and when I did the highlight was taken off the schedule. Not enough time they said. Trying to work with the front desk to reschedule was a chore! I canceled my appointment and will not go back. They cater to their long term clients (which is awesome) but to become a long term client you need good customer service up front!
