Penny set me up with an early appointment to do my blowout before my wedding pictures. I ran 15 minutes late and Penny was very gracious and unfazed. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to handle my hair- and she did it in only 45 minutes and got me to my photos on time! Plus, my hair stayed put all day even with HIGH Florida humidity. Highly recommend!
