1 /5 Tameika Lene: Very nice place and very nice people but I have being going there for quite a while and have came to the conclusion they don’t know what they are doing especially with 2016 cars and above. I drive a 2018 equinox. My 1st problem was the right tire wobble when I break they me that it was a dent in my rotor and it can get change when I get my brakes changed( per Paul it nothing to be concerned about it wasn’t a safety issue) My next issue I had a oil leak ( now I’m no mechanic but if the care doesn’t have oil it won’t run properly and will cause more problems which Paul also told me wasn’t a big deal. The last thing was my breaks started squeaking. Baked are not supposed to squeak. It’s also understandable to have a little bit of break dust but the picture below is excessive. And Paul once again told me that was nothing to be worried about and the brakes often squeak( the lies he tell) Those sat uneasy with me so I went and got another opinion. The other shop was able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle without me even mentioning any of the other problems other than the brakes squeaking. It’s called Auto plus on commercial blvd. They are reasonable with price and very knowledgeable. Sunrise although is closer and convenient won’t go to them for car repair. So I forgot that I made this review and needed an oil change and they were unwilling to do it. Doing an oil change is one of the simplest don’t take a rocket scientist. But that ok I found someone cheaper. Go to their neighbor in the back he did my oil change and also had to changed out my oil pan plug that they messed up.

1 /5 Rafael Vazquez: I called earlier this week to have my AC checked out, Paul tells me to come in early so I drive in this morning at 0745, to drop my car off and the guy at the counter cuts me off and tells me that they can’t service my car today because it’s Good Friday. I tell him that I talked to Paul who told me to bring in the car today, when he checks their calendar he sees my information. So finally, Paul comes out and tells me that I have to stay in the place while they do the diagnostic, rather than drop it off. Finally I just said forget it and left because I had to take my wife to work. I don’t like bait and switch, there are PLENTY of shops in this area that will happily take my business.

1 /5 Cesar Lezama: WORST service ever, my car was without any issue and I went to this place for an Oil Change only, they finished it and they said all good, a day later I noticed that my car was leaking so I went back for review, they try a temporary fix putting a bigger bolt (the worst solution) but the car still leaking so I realized that they broke the oil pan on my car… I talk to then and they didn’t want to take any responsability and instead they wanted to charge me around $2400 to fix it… deshonest people that doesn’t know their job at all….DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you don want them to broke your car and then charge you to fix it
