Mary Daniell: This is such a great area to come for a walk after dinner. We walked along the sidewalk all the way down to the pier and along the shops. We walked out to the end of the pier and watched as some people were fishing. We come every now and then, as we live in Fort Pierce and like to visit the other beaches up and down our coast.

Hillsboro Lighthouse Museum - Pompano Beach

Chris Rehberg: Finding this museum was a very pleasant surprise! I wish we had been able to take a tour of the lighthouse, but we will have to catch that opportunity on the next trip. Seeing all of the historical photos and how the appearance of the inlet has changed over the years was very nostalgic. This is a great place to visit, especially if you are a local!

Bruce Clifford: We had an amazing experience at Butterfly world. The area is well kept and you can tell the butterflies, birds and plants are all thriving. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. We took our grandson for the first time and he was really in awe of all of the beautiful colors and wildlife. Its so nice to have this experience so close to our home.
