1 /5 Harriet Weiss: For Tango Salon.........Very disappointed in the LACK of customer service. When a customer calls and asks if a product can be returned and is told to ask for David or Mark, they would be able to exchange it for you and then drives 30 minutes to get there, asks for David or Mark and is told NO is no way to treat a customer. On the phone I was asked if I used it and Was totally honest and said I tried it and do not like it, they said David or Mark would be happy to help me, evern give a refund if I had wanted it. When I get there and talk to mark, he said NO, it is a state law that used products can not be returned or exchanged!!! REALLY??? The real stores that care about there customers do it all the time, I know this for a fact. It is better to have a satisfied customer, and it is the right thing to do to keep a customer happy and coming back. Maybe this is why the salon and store are never busy, they do not CARE about there customers!!!!!! Totally not worth saving the 5.00 coupon to shop there. I spend my money where I am valued as a customer. BUYER BEWARE OF TANGO SALON AND STORE....KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH. Shop elsewhere where you can be treated like the customer you want to be treated like. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, it makes total sense to exchange it to retain a happy customer to return again, especially when you are told on the phone they would do this.
