1 /5 Kim Cook: I had high hopes for this appointment but was left extremely disappointed. Despite being flexible with timing and approach, I showed her a picture of the direction that I wanted to go. After paying $240, my hair didn’t remotely resemble the color I showed her. The stylist initially offered to add highlights to fix it, but she left the premises before we could even make a plan. After trying to reach her for a week, she ignored all my calls and only responded when I messaged her personal cell phone—something I believe was intentional, considering that in her own words she knew that I “was less than impressed”. When I finally did reach her, not only did she want to charge me additional money to fix my hair, but she then outright refused to fix my hair at all. This experience was beyond unprofessional, and I would not recommend this stylist to anyone looking for quality, integrity, or accountability.
