5 /5 Adik: Sherry Johnson is a STAR! I have been to many salons for haircuts, but Sherry truly stands out. During the consultation, she demonstrates that she is extremely knowledgeable. When she actually does the haircut, you see the passion in her eyes as she carefully studies the face, and the hair, and cuts with precision, artistry, and laser focus. It is obvious that not only can she talk the talk, but she definitely walks the walk. An absolute gem who is the best of the best. Highly impressed.

5 /5 Chloe Yee: Absolutely the best haircut I’ve had in over a decade! Thank you so so much to the team at Greenroom Salon. Perla was so talented at cutting my hair, making me feel beautiful, and giving me such a relaxing experience. She was detail oriented, has gentle hands, and knew exactly what to do to. Hailey did my shampoo and conditioner at the beginning and gave a really amazing scalp massage too! All in for $82 (not counting tip), and I was done in an hour. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

5 /5 Alfred Karram, Jr: Lindsay has been my go-to hairstylist for YEARS, and I wouldn’t consider anyone else. Her talent and professionalism are unmatched, even surpassing her friendly demeanor. The entire team is incredibly hospitable and accommodating, making every visit a pleasure.

1 /5 Jocelyn Yang: Sadly I cannot recommend this salon. I had booked my appointment for a balayage, i had mostly virgin hair (got very little highlights 3 years ago at a cosmo school). Since my hair is naturally very dark I know I would never want to change my hair color to blonde. That being said, I attached a photo of my inspo pic- which is very much brunette. I also don’t do much to my hair so I wanted to stick to a balayage because it looks more natural and is less maintenance than highlights. Now after $450 booked with a “master stylist” this was my hair. One side has more bleach than the other as you can see in the picture. The technique was not balayage it looks like grown out highlights. Also beware of the assistant who washes your hair. The most uncomfortable experience of scrubbing and pulling. My jaw was clenched the entire wash and I don’t even think I’m tender headed. The pricing was also not transparent at all and I feel so awkward asking I know that’s my problem but basic customer service is not to make the client feel awkward and a price break down isn’t a hard courtesy. I was charged for a full haircut when we just did a bang trim (manager said “it’s only an $11 difference so it’s not much) um.. not the point (that + blow dry - $90). Stylist added a $54 olaplex treatment without telling me or asking. Extra color was $35 even though I never needed THAT much bleach in my hair. For the balayage being $233 the application is ridiculous. Then $42 for a gloss that didn’t match my desired look. I have talked to both the stylist and a manager, all that they offered was a free fix. For $450 it shouldn’t take a second fix when I was keeping an overall brunette shade. I ended up going to another salon for a light brown gloss of what I wanted and it is much more of my desired look. Although now I have lots of damage in my hair from the excessive amount of bleach. I do feel like I was very vocal about what I wanted and how nervous I am to do anything to my hair so having this experience just reminded me of why I’m so scared to get a hair service done.

2 /5 Amanda Y: I would have much rather if The Greenroom salon responded to my respectfully worded email before responding to my positive review. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten a response. I sent a simple inquiry to clarify the charges for my services. I was charged for a gloss twice and also for a mask that was never mentioned during my time there.
