I left VERY pleased! Staff is very friendly, professional and when a bail broke, I was not charged for repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My design was the date of my twins birth and their initials.

Everyone is so sweet and very accommodating and the staff really do care about you, and who doesn’t enjoy being greeted by name EVERY single time… I wish I could give more stars!

3 /5 Ashley Vangraafeiland: Been going to this salon at the other 2 locations for over a year & only recently tried this location. Sin did a beautiful job on my fill with gel polish. The pedicure was done by Mama T & she did great except for the polish, it was streaky and bumpy/ bubbly. I returned the next day to have it fixed by someone else & still the same issue. I don’t think I’ll be returning for a pedicure. I’m gonna paint them myself at home because I didn’t want to go back a 3rd time for them to be fixed. Edited to add: I called the salon and they gave me a gift card for a free pedicure. I’ll be returning in a couple weeks

Lisa Nails - Fort Myers Sophia Fay: This nail place is very fast and efficient! I went in around 6:20pm and they got me out at 7 pm - I just got a refill on my nails but she did my nails very nicely, they also have phenomenal customer service!! i would highly suggest Lisa to do your nails she is very kind:)

This is my second time here and all I can say is they are top notch, very clean salon, and professional nail techs. Stephen did an awesome job on my pink and white acrylic nails, I don’t know the girls name who did my pedicure, but she was also awesome!!!

They worked me in immediately for a gel pedicure with Lan. Sadly I only had time for a basic pedicure. I say that because Lan was amazing. I showed a picture and the design came out way better. Steven took his time and made sure each nail was perfectly shaped. Didn’t have a long wait as a walk in, and the price was as really good.
