She advised me on acrylics and then proceeded to fashion me a gorgeous set of nails! Generally I’m pretty picky, and I left super satisfied! She’s very kind, attentive, and communicative. If you’re unsure of who to book with, Maria is a fabulous option!

Jesse is very attentive to detail, and always is down to try out new designs I find. The nails always last 3-4 weeks as expected (sometimes longer) and I always receive compliments. No matter where I go, I cannot think of ever going to a different salon. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would!

1 /5 Laura C.: Short story: Horrible experience! After seeing a woman, "J," I was left with paper thin, brittle nails that had been drilled down to a point that even washing my hands brought pain. She was also incredibly rude during my last 2 visits, answering personal calls and even WATCHING TV while doing my pedicure. I chalked it up to a bad day, but my last visit was my final here. Long story: I Googled this place after moving to Orlando in August of 2024. Upon my first visit, I should have trusted my gut and just walked right out. The photos online are deceiving. This place is smaller than my former studio apartment, cramped and not very clean. Also, the nail colors have zero to order so it is challenging to find a color. (It is a bit of a dive for a nail salon.) The staff is less than welcoming but, my nail lady did a fantastic job the first 2 visits. After my second visit it quickly went downhill with both the quality, professionalism and cleanliness. Again, I will not return, nor will I advise anyone to visit here.

5 /5 Cheyenne Harris: This is the best nail salon in Orlando! My nails look beautiful and have stayed super healthy under their care. There isn’t a single design I have brought that they weren’t able to recreate for me! Jesse, Sylvia, and Jesel do such great work and are so friendly. I look forward to all of my appointments, and the prices are super reasonable especially for fills. This is a local family owned business and you can feel it while you are there. They also have a beauty bar next door where you can get lash extensions and other services and the girls who come to get their nails done after going look amazing! I can’t recommend this salon enough especially with how difficult it can be to find someone you trust and want to come back to. Jesse has done all of my designs and he is knowledgeable and super talented, he delivers above expectations every time. If you are looking for a salon look no further and make an appointment here :)

5th Nail Lounge - Maitland Paola Rodriguez: I got an acrylic manicure with a design, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Bebe did my nails, and she was amazing! She took her time shaping them, and the design came out exactly like my reference photo, so precise and perfect..just look at the photo. Toward the end, it felt a bit rushed, and I wish I had gotten the moisturizer and short massage I usually receive at other salons, but the results were stunning, so I can’t complain too much! Bebe also waxed my eyebrows, and they look super clean and well-shaped. She’s quick and precise, but I wish she had given me a heads-up before pulling the strip, it caught me off guard! For my pedicure, I got the Silky & Sweet treatment with Cici, and it was lovely. She has strong hands and gave a great massage, leaving my feet feeling soft and smooth. The gel polish looked beautiful, but when I got home, I noticed it hadn’t fully cured. Not a huge deal…just something that happened. Overall, the salon is very clean, the staff is talented and friendly, and the service was great. The only downside is that it’s a bit over my budget, but if you’re looking for quality work, it’s definitely worth checking out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not only does he give a top-tier cut every time, but he’s also just a great guy to be around. He knows exactly what works for your hair type and style, and he takes his time to make sure you walk out looking fresh. Beyond the skills, the vibe in his chair is always on point. Whether you want to chat about sports, music, or just have a laid-back experience, he makes every visit enjoyable. The shop has a great atmosphere, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. If you’re looking for a barber who’s a pro with the clippers and just a cool, down-to-earth guy, Damion is the one. Highly recommend!

The Nail Atelier - Winter Park Bailey Hill: Mai is incredible! I’ve used her for years now and she’s the only one I trust with my nails. Not only is she a talented artist, making all of my fun nail designs to life, but she is super professional and particular about her clean space. She cares about the health of your nails, uses quality products and gives the best manicure I’ve had. Orlando is lucky to have her!!

PAINT Nail Bar Winter Park - Winter Park Sym Love: Beautiful salon, great service with an amazing atmosphere! Has so much potential and I wanted to come back but it’s just not a salon for long natural nails or me. Wendy is awesome and sweet! She took her time and delivered a beautiful set. Mallory is great too, who repaired one of my nails. Problem is, this is my nails currently and it hasn’t even been a week yet. Immediately, I noticed that the nails were bending/more flexible than I am used to with getting builder gel which caused some pain. UPDATE: the owner called me and apologized for my experience and even admitted some fault in their process. I appreciate the follow up and was even given a refund. I can admire the accountability and professionalism of this salon. Wish I could give them another shot but I have since moved to the UK

Maitland Nails & Spa - Maitland Rosa Saa: One person worked on my toes (which came out amazing) while another worked on my hands. They did them at the same time. I was like crossing my arms over each other which wasn’t relaxing at all. I don’t like the way my hands came out as you can clearly see her technique of putting a chunk of white nail polish over the pink color and then “removing” the white part until it’s skinny enough to be French. There is like glue on my skin as well. I wish I just had the person who did my toes do my hands, as her technique was much more clean. I’m upset with how my hands came out, as she also barely cleaned off the white on my skin. I’m coming back to complain. Overall though, they were very kind and helpful with assisting a color that matches my dress. Great customer service.
