1 /5 Sierra Huff: I seen an acquaintance hair i went to school with and loved her color.I facebooked the owner.She told me she would text me Tuesday. I never heard from her.i called the studio and left a voicemail and never heard back.i then called again and spoke to the owner.She was obviously busy and told me to text her with what i wanted and my schedule .of course i was willing to take off work early for it if i was given a chance to explain that.I felt like no one tried to help me and put off.Hopefully this will be taken and appied to the buisness more functionally.it made me feel unimportant. Maybe clients are already friends of hers but thats not how you treat someone actually making an effort JUST to make an appointment.It looks unprofessional and messy.Take this and use it to use a different approach. Because i may or may not try again.The efforts were too hard and this salon hasnt been around long be this hard to book in.I gave several chances.i have several friends in the hair cutting world and I have never experienced this.
