1 /5 ChuckT: If we could give this place negative stars, we would. I wish we could upload the video of the noise we heard until the early hours of the morning. Called the front desk to complain, and the lady said she couldn’t do anything about it and hung up on me. I’d rather spend my money on a budget inn than stay another night here. The worst hotel experience that we’ve EVER encountered. We’re supposed to be here the whole weekend. Needless to say, we will be leaving tomorrow when we eventually wake up from being forced to stay up all night. Pathetic

4 /5 Ben Chester: Was here for a conference for a few days in June. Ask for a higher floor so you can get a good view (most rooms have private balconies overlooking the ocean which are very nice). Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks at the hotel are on the expensive end for the area but still reasonable and decent quality. My main complainant was the nearly hour long check in line (this could have been due to the conference and not typical but it was extremely frustrating, especially for a business trip where we were on a tight schedule). While it was a good experience overall I would not come back simply because of that line and would happily pay more at the Hilton up the street to stay somewhere that respects their guests time

5 /5 Muhlenberg Amanda “MandaPanda”: Beautiful suites, with breath taking beach/ocean views! (Our corner suite had a 270 degree view) for viewing the gorgeous Florida sunrise and sunsets!

5 /5 devyn banks: Id love to start with how grand the plaza looks from the outside and the lobby but the rooms are far from okay. I see theyre doing a lot of renovation so hopefully the rooms are on the list next so I can come back to see what it looks like. We spent 2 nights in a coastal room with a balcony. Seeing the ocean and the city was a pleasant surprise. Overall 2/5 for accommodations but something I have to mention is the service we got at the check in desk with Kori. I dont think Ive had a more pleasant experience staying in a resort, went above and beyond trying to help make our stay memorable after we were upset with the rooms. 5/5 service. Food from the restaurant was good and Mike was an excellent conversationalist and bartender

5 /5 Lindsey Quattlebaum: The hotel was very nice, the pool being heated kept the water a comfortable temperature the entirety of our stay and the out door area is set up nicely. They also had a dj and live music most of are say and all of these individuals were so talented! We had good consistent service at all of the bars. However we didnt not eat in the on-site restaurant so I cant speak to that. We did however order room service a late night pizza which came in a timely manner and was good. We also ordered food pool side which was delicious and served quick. Now for the entire reason my husband booked this resort for my birthday, the spa! The spa itself was very clean maybe a little outdated in appearance but the entire staff being so friendly and attentive made up for that. As for my massage therapist David he was absolutely amazing! If you plan to get a massage this is who I recommend. He was extremely kind and professional he made sure the entire experience was a relaxing one. As for his massage technique is was superior. If I lived closer I would go to him regularly as my former massage therapist at home recently retired.
