Cleveland did a full detailed inspection on my 2019 INFINITI Q50 in record time and had it sent to my email same day. The V Shop is fast, efficient and trustworthy. I was provided with different repair options, and my car was safely stored inside to shop awaiting my decision to move forward. This shop has great technicians with years of experience ready to work. This is a great place to do business and I highly recommend.

From the moment I made the appointment online until picking up the vehicle was beyond professional. I had an engine replaced in my 2018 Jeep Cherokee and it drives like a dream. I didn’t question prices because I knew as a former owner that I was at the right place for this job as Cleveland disclosed all details by text and email for authorizations. The shop is a very clean and organized shop. When we picked up the vehicle, we met the owner Roger who walked us out to the vehicle and made sure we were satisfied as well.
