What Clients Are Saying about The Wooden Giant (on GG)
5 /5 Dom Wi: Its an amazing spot for photography and appreciating the imaginative skill of local artists.
4 /5 Negin: It’s cute to check it out and other installments in the neighborhood if you are nearby.
5 /5 Gladstone Williams: It was great and fascinating at the same time, to see how someone took their time to make it look so real.
3 /5 Eduardo Quesada: I found the Wooden Giant to be an interesting experience, although the area overall feels a bit desolate and neglected. If the giants figure had been the only thing there, I probably would have been disappointed. Fortunately, I found several nearby buildings with striking graffiti that added value to the visit. Thanks to that, I felt it was worth the time invested.
Allison Park - Miami BeachAngel King: Well kept, theres parking if you get there early before 9 a.m. metered parking limited time. Once the afternoon hits people will be circling around the parking lot looking to take your place as you leave. The beach was clean, and the ocean was clear until the tide started coming in, and then there was a bunch of trash that came with it in the ocean. While we were there there was a bunch of men of Wars ranging from the size of a large fist to even as small as a pinky tip watch where you step, especially where the shore meets the ocean.
Biscayne Isle - MiamiGeoffrey Lardy: Great place to unwind and relax with a beautiful view of the skyline
Amelia Earhart Park - HialeahAutumn Janeway: The best beach for a family and dog friendly.
This wont be the "average review", I am a mother of 3 little girls. I also have a support animal. I fled from states away after domestic violence and used every dollar I had the first few weeks to keep my children and I afloat. We searched for a place that was dog friendly, had wifi, a playground and clean bathrooms. Throughout the day and night we had nowhere to stay and used this as a safe space to do schooling and rest during the day. We were unaware of the individuals working the park and that they were keeping an eye on us, we were more focused on just making it through the day and completing school. It was hard and exhausting but by Gods grace and mercy he placed us in the right place at the right time and a man with a heart of Gold stepped up and spoke to me and told me he knew our situation and was going to help. I had called every domestic violence shelter and the hotline and didnt receive help, just more numbers to try. This man, Cesar, went above and beyond and helped my girls and I get into communication with those that would and could help. Do not expect God to send help from people you know, he will use strangers to bless you. I pray for blessings over that man, his family and children. We went from a car to a bed in a matter of a few hours after me calling and getting no help for a little over a week. God is good and when you just hang on he will place those who can and will help you in your path. GOD BLESS YOU CESAR AND MRS. MINA FOR HELPING MY GIRLS.
Milander Park - HialeahGideon G: Decided to check the Halloween event out last minute and we thought that we were going to miss most of it, but we didn’t! They kept it going until the very end they had rides, many bounce houses as well as food trucks galore! The people that signed up for the trunk n’ treats event were awesome! Unique Halloween spooky trunks everywhere giving out candies for the kids. And everyone one didn’t bat an eye that it was raining on and off. It’s was extremely fun! I will go early next year. lol
McDonald Park - HialeahThea Nabity: It seems like a very nice park. I love how there is a walkway around the whole lake and a bridge that cuts halfway between if you dont want to walk completely around. My kids love looking at the huge iguanas, the turtles, ducks, and the group of Pilgrim geese that were here this day. There is a waterpark here, too, with a wavepool and lazy river. It has shelters all around the park.
Hialeah Entrance Plaza - HialeahMylady Carrillo: I have no idea why they have a jewish flag hanging over the entrance... a cuban flag I would understand. Not everyone supports genocide please take it off!
Bucky Dent Park - HialeahPriscilla Molerio: Bucky dent water park is a great city park for the whole family, any ages. It is in need of a little TLC, but that doesnt detract from the appeal and the cleanliness of the water park. The life guards are young but polite and are actually paying attention and not goofing off, so I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this on sunny days!
Golden Eagle Park - Hialeah GardensM J: This a beautiful and clean park. Very nice for an afternoon jog or walk. This park is equipped with a full play area, restroom, concession stand, a walking path, and a few outdoor workout equipment.
Royal Oaks Park - Miami LakesSabrina: Definitely needs a repair bridge is pretty much falling apart. There was what looked like a field trip or daycare activity and daycare teachers were not paying attention at all or controlling the kids behavior their all pushing and acting wild. Had to leave right away and get my daughter out of there asap
