5 /5 Steve Augustine: First time customer... The owner and staff helped me diagnose an issue with my Toyota that Toyota of Orlando missed. They were honest and straight forward... We will be back. Dealerships look for the most expensive part to fix first and work their way back to a lower cost repair that should have been done first. As your car gets older, honest independents like this one are your best bet... This is a good shop.

The dealership had us at $8000.00 in repairs that did not address the issue that I suspected and Brian knew exactly what the issue was when I explained the problem on the phone, (which was an easy fix) and was straight up! very honest, and to the point! Brian is Very professional, kind, quick, thorough and courteous. He sent videos and pictures of the before and after along with pictures of any future problems that may a-cure that we should be aware of, as well as a detailed invoice so I could pay online as I am not in Florida. I am so grateful to have found Ron Johns! could have not found a better place to send my son to get our 2009 Acadia fixed. Mind you it has 171,000 and still going strong thanks to Ron Jon’s and the team. I will continue to go there to complete future repairs and highly recommend anyone. Thank you So So Much Deborah!

Brice Wires: 2 stars because they were nice people and were understanding of the situation. However id suggest not bringing high dollar parts here. For starters the service cost was quite expensive. They couldnt find the right socket to put the wheels on so I had said hold on and tried to find the one that might work but apparently the dude didnt hold on and proceeded to scuff off the paint inside the lug hole. Brand new expensive wheels. I noticed this once i got home after the car drove like crap because the wheels were improperly balanced so I took a better look at it. The weights are sloppily applied they are going diagonal which is not how they should be applied.

Waste of my time!!!!Mechanic was rude as hell complaining about being the only one there. While he sat in a car scrolling on his phone as I write this review in the parking lot. It’s ridiculous and makes me sick that people want u to respect them and their time but have no regards to ours. Never coming back

Bill and the team are incredibly honest & transparent, do excellent work, and are very efficient in getting your car back to you ASAP. I have been quite anxious about finding a good, honest mechanic in the area; I’m so glad I found this one! My only tip - they’re insanely busy (I had to wait more than a week for an appointment slot), so book early!
