I was greeted cheerfully when I came in and was taken back for service with no wait. Lauren evaluated my hair; its health, texture and volume, and recommended a cut that would work well for me. She did an excellent cut and showed me how to style it. I got a mani/pedi too. Clara did a very thorough and good job and was very conscientious. All the staff seemed warm and welcoming.
