Gladys is always quick, understanding and very lenient when scheduling for your next appointment. DR.Bradley is amazing with her work, very understanding and communicative when working on your teeth. After a few years away from dental care, I needed some extensive work and she has done a masterful job for me. When she got back to her ALS, she called me because all her friends wanted the Dr.s number. 5 /5 Michelle M: Excellent experience from start to finish. Gladys provided great customer service from the moment I called the office to get a quote. Gladys took down my information and called me back promptly with the confirmation of coverage from my insurance. Having the ability to text with the office was also a huge plus, Gladys is very responsive to messages. I was able to be seen within a few days. Laura was wonderful during my x-rays and took her time ensuring not to cause me any discomfort during imaging. Dr. Bradley has the best bedside manner of any dentist I have encountered, she is patient, kind, and very gentle during all work being performed. Local numbing medications tend not work as expected on me and Dr. Bradley was constantly checking in to make sure that I was not experiencing any pain. Never at any point, was there an attempt to sell me unnecessary products or services. I highly recommend going to Timeless Perl Dentistry, the staff are wonderful, the office is beautiful (Dr. Bradley has a talent for decorating), and I felt very well cared for. I will definitely be continuing my dental care here in the future.
