He was very professional and kind. He took time and explained everything to me. When I went back for the epidural he explained as he was performing the procedure I got a little anxious and he calmed me down. I highly recommend him to everyone in need of pain management. His nurse is really Awesome as well! She is very kind and understanding. They are both Great and Awesome people! They both get. 5 stars from me! Thank you both so much for what you do!

5 /5 ROLINA BEAN: TOC is hands down the best orthopedic clinic I have ever treated with. Dr. Jared Patterson and his staff have gone above and beyond the level of service. They are extremely to get ahold of, through the portal, and quick to respond to my issues/concerns. Should I need any additional orthopedic treatment, TOC is the only place I will go. And here I thought TOC, in Tally, was good. They are, but I much prefer TOC in Panama City and Dr. Patterson and his staff!!

5 /5 David Fowler: My first office visit was impressive. The staff quickly called me back to a patient room and Dr. Shores came into the room within a few minutes after my arrival. He evaluated my concerns and gave options for treatment, each of which he outlined in detail. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was direct and to the point in diagnosing and offering suggestions on options to pursue.

The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

Holly Corne: My sons eye was swollen shut on a Sunday, so I looked online for a clinic opened. Emerald Coast Walk-in Clinic was open and had very good reviews, so I decided to make the 40 minute trip there. Their online registration is easy and fast tracks having to wait in office. I was in the waiting room no more than 20 minutes, and we were seen as soon as we were put in a room. The doctor was super nice and professional and was able to diagnose my son quickly. We were in and put and on our way home within 50 minutes which is heaven sent when you have a 6 month old that doesnt feel well. If we have a weekend sickness again, I will definitely be returning here.

I think Dr. England is very knowledgeable and well versed on each issue that arises. However, he breaks the visit down so that the patient understands the treatment option. I never get the sense that he is rushing through the visit. He takes time to explain the details as he reviews the materials and tests. Dr. England is a great asset to the Bay County community!!
