5 /5 Grady Cooper: Two years in a row I have had trouble with my 2021 Colorado after driving from New Hampshire to St Augustine Florida. Both times I brought my truck to Tom Gibbs Chevy and have had great service. Mike Nailor was my service advisor both times and both times Mike worked very hard to solve unusual difficulties and got me back to my vacation very quickly. I only wish that I had service this good at home. Mike Nailor deserves a raise and the respect of his boss. My time in Florida would have been ruined if Mike had not gone the extra mile to figure out what was happening to my truck and having his guys fix it properly.

Jeannette was incredibly helpful, giving me great advice on a towing company, as well as scheduling me for the first available time slot. Mike was a gift from God. When we arrived to drop off our vehicle in the tow truck, he snuck us in ahead of schedule (and on a weekend), ensuring our vehicle could be repaired as quickly as possible. Truly southern hospitality at its finest. I highly recommend Tom Gibbs Service.
