Dr. Cappelen is not only a fantastic dentist, but he is also incredibly kind and attentive! He always makes me feel completely at ease and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. His dental assistant and the rest of the staff are lovely, super friendly and very professional. They all clearly care about their patients. 5 /5 Tony Martini: I am from out of town, visiting Naples and a crown had fallen off. I contacted this office and was immediately given an appointment for the next afternoon. Reception was extremely courteous, the assistant Peggy was courteous, friendly, and professional. Dr. Kaplan was equally friendly and professional, and explained everything along the way. The final charge for the visit and procedure was extremely fair and reasonable as well. I can recommend them with the highest recommendation.
