1 /5 ron last: I would not recommend this salon. Half of this womans staff walked out and quit. I stayed with her as a new client even though my stylist was one of the staff that quit. I asked the owner Amy if they could include a bangs trim with my service - which is $125. She said she would talk with the new stylist (most salons will include a trim with service). When I checked back after not hearing back from her, she said she forgot. When I came back in, the new stylist Brittney gave me a lecture on running a business and doing things for free. This girl is 24 years old. I have owned and operated my own service business for 30 years. When I was there for this appointment I became aware of the fact that another new stylist that had just started and was suggested by the owner Amy, was now no longer there as well. Then Brittney went on maternity leave and I was rescheduled with a new stylist Brandy. The salon called me approximately one hour before my next appointment and scheduled time, asking me to come in later, that the new stylist Brandy was running late; and I agreed to do that. I called back to make sure the new stylist had my formula for color, and Brandy answered the phone. She knew nothing about it. I told her I was a little weirded out that no one there had talked to her about my formula, the products were a special order and my appointment was in approximately one hour. She asked me to text her the formula, which I did. I then get a call back from someone else at the salon telling me that they wanted to reschedule my appointment for another week with someone else, because the new stylist Brandy that I had just talked to, was no longer comfortable. I had made this appointment 5 weeks in advance. A few minutes later I talked to the owner Amy who took no responsibility for such an unprofessional thing as cancelling someones appointment at the last minute due to miscommunication on their end, and the fact that no one there communicated with each other on behalf of a customer. The owner Amy told me that my formula is in their computer, so not sure why Brandy didnt know that. I asked her why she is asking me this question instead of Brandy, how would I know about their computer system?
Disappointing to say the least that my loyalty to this salon was met with a staff that obviously doesnt care whatsoever about customer service or about your business. Amy would not take any responsibility for herself or her staff, so I told her I was done and moving on. My suggestion to anyone considering this salon is to take your money and business elsewhere. There are MANY salons to choose from in this area that I am quite confident will offer you far better and more professional service.
