1 /5 Ellie H: Update: Had an appointment scheduled that has now been pushed off by two weeks with no one reaching out to me by email or phone to ask if the new date and time would work. Simply received a message that, oh, their schedule somehow has changed two weeks away and now screw you, you have this new date and time and doctor even? hope you check your MyChart in time to see. They’re lucky I get email notifications for it. So sick of medical care being so flimsy with scheduling, happens all the freaking time with UF Health, especially tower hill.
I want to give them more stars, however, they absolutely never answer the phone. I’ll be on hold for forever with no answer, even calling in the middle, beginning, or end of day, without fail, no one answers me. I have to go in person to make an appointment because they also never answer messages through the app. It’s incredibly frustrating.
