We got booked with Laura and she got us in the next day! My daughter was so scared but Laura made her feel comfortable and beautiful. I could see my daughter basically holding her breathe the whole time Laura was cutting her hair but the second she turned that chair and she got to look at herself you could see the immediate relief.
