1 /5 Caroline V: Dont appreciate their customers. Was a long time customer, Staff has never been overtly friendly however they were always efficient. Went there yesterday at 5:50 Sam wrapped up my nails to remove the nexgen. He then decided while i was soaking that he would do a full set on another customer. Still I was OK making the best of it, watching videos on my phone. Before he was done with the customer WHO CAME IN AFTER ME, the phone calls began and the friends starting to arrive. While doing my nails he had to stop nearly 10 times in order to have his conversations. Regardless of what language it is in if you can not do your JOB and speak at the same time...STOP SPEAKING! He ultimately abandoned me in my chair and his wife came and applied my top coat. She noticed the look on my face as I was clearly upset and she very rudely asked me why I didnt say Thank you. Well that was it, this ignorance to the fact that they stole nearly 2 hours of my time! As customers our time counts and is Valuable! I walked out of there at 7:30. 1:40 for Nexgen? ridiculous! Not only will I not go again I will make sure others know what kind of People SAM and TINA are!!!
