1 /5 Jessica Freeman: I booked an appointment for medium knotless braids, mid-back length, with the understanding that the cost would be $390 for that specific style. However, upon completion of the service, the braids I received were quite different from what I requested.
Instead of medium knotless braids to mid-back length, I received large parting, shoulder-length braids. The braids stopped at my shoulders, and there were no human curls at the ends as expected. The human hair was only latched onto portions of the braids, but there was nothing at the ends, leaving the braids to appear incomplete.
When I reached out to address this issue, I was told that had I chosen synthetic hair, the braids would have been to my mid-back. However, I specifically requested human hair for the service, and the expectation was that the braids would meet the length and fullness as outlined in our initial agreement.
I have attached photos of the braids to clearly show the discrepancies. I kindly request a resolution for this issue, whether it be a partial refund, rework of the braids to meet the requested length, or another solution.
