2 /5 PL: I’m not one to leave a poor review but I’ve got to. I’ve gone to the Lyons Rd location for 7+ years without ever an issue, and a couple times to this location, when convenient. I’ve had mediocre experiences in the past here but brushed it off and returned to this location as it was close to my errands. I opted for a classic mani/pedi, and I upgraded for the new diva polish they advertise up front, which is supposed to last up to 10 days. I’d be happy with 5 days, but it hasn’t worked even been 12 hours- and I didn’t even do dishes tonight. The polish coats didn’t extend all the way out to the edges, causing the polish to lift easily. The nails were filed unevenly and sharp on the edges so the polish doesn’t adhere smoothly. The polish is uneven on the cuticle and it’s easy to agree a kid could’ve done it. The clear coats were frugally applied and you can see the off layers on hands & toes. I appreciate the care & time my attendant took, but I feel painting nails wasn’t her forte for my specific service. I paid $65, never ever have I paid this much for basic mani pedi with a $10 upgrade and had it look childish. (The toes are alright, and the dings on it were much fault as I guess it wasn’t fully dried, along with a broken nail I had). My toe nails break easily so she glued one, which I appreciate but then left the other- I think great service would have been to just ensure best care. Its what I would’ve done in my service. There was another guy (I understand he probably had a disability) but he came back from break REEKING in cigarette smell and was unprofessionally offending his customer’s political and racial background. Truly not worth your time or money, go elsewhere. I hate being so blunt but I hope I save you from disappointment. They also nickel and dime here, for every single thing, but it doesn’t even show for it other than looking nice inside.
