2 /5 Karen B: I feel I should write this so you are aware. First, the young lady who cut my hair was a delight! She took her time and did a nice job; however, she spent over 20 minutes styling my hair with a blow dryer and thats not how I style my hair. I walked out with virtually the same haircut I walked in with when I really only needed more layers to make my hair easier to manage. Another reason for (2) stars is because when I went to check out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to purchase a trial size of the invati leave in treatment that the stylist put in my hair. I said, "Sure, I will give it a try". The "Trial Size" was .85 fluid ounces (tiny size) and they charged me $14.00 for it!!!! Seriously??? I couldnt believe it when I read the receipt when I got home. That is completely unreasonable. I took a picture so you can see the actual tiny size that I paid $14.00 for. By the way, even unused products are not returnable.
